Amanda Webb will represent NoraBelle Studio at IBMA Leadership Bluegrass Class of 2024

The International Bluegrass Music Association holds Leadership Bluegrass each year. It’s an intensive three-day program featuring “advanced-level interactive learning experiences designed to build commitment, motivate talents, and instill enthusiasm for addressing the future of the bluegrass music industry.”

IBMA Leadership Bluegrass Class of 2024

“I’m thrilled to be included in this elite group and I’m looking forward to learning and working alongside my 2024 classmates. I hope to use this opportunity to gain insight into our industry and hopefully contribute my own as well,” Amanda said. 

Over the past 20 years, Amanda has built her career in the digital marketing world. She worked in newspaper, for nonprofit organizations and in the private sector. Amanda worked as a writer, social media coordinator, press agent, webmaster, content creator and data analyst. For the majority of her career, she was employed by a marketing agency in Sevierville, TN. In 2021, she bravely left the agency office and moved into a freelance consulting role. 

As a journalist, Amanda has interviewed many of music’s top artists including Pam Tillis, Jennifer Nettles and Jewel. Amanda has published articles in Singing News Magazine and on Bluegrass Today. She served as the press agent for Johnson University during the filming of CBS’s Extreme Makeover: Home Edition featuring a university alumni couple and their nonprofit organization.
